Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 September 2026. This policy covers www.evkon.com. It does not cover what happens after you become a customer, which is governed by your contract with us.
The short version
We collect what you send us and almost nothing else. This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising trackers, and does not sell or share your information.

What we collect
Only what you choose to send. When you use a contact button or the contractor registration form, your email program composes a message containing the details you entered — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and a description of your project. That message reaches us as ordinary email. The website itself does not store it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not track you across other websites. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Cloudflare, which serves and protects the site, may set a security cookie to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.
Who processes your data
Cloudflare hosts this site and provides its analytics. Microsoft 365 carries our email and stores messages you send us. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share enquiries with manufacturers or other contractors without your say-so.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries and contractor registrations are kept for as long as we are doing business together, and for seven years afterwards to meet ordinary commercial record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that never become projects are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email electrify@evkon.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries are held in Microsoft 365 under our normal account controls. No system is perfect, and email in particular is not a secure channel — please do not send anything confidential through it without arranging a better route with us first.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
